New CREODIAS 2.0 is coming

CREODIAS users will benefit from:

• a new portal and improved UX
• a new billing system
• a new e-commerce system
• a new customer portal
• a new support ticketing system

Customer accounts will be migrated to the new billing system. What is important, throughout the whole process, users will have uninterrupted access to the infrastructure and virtual resources. The entire cloud environment will also remain unchanged.

CREODIAS 2.0 will be the first commercial element of a newly built Copernicus Data Space Ecosystem. Users will benefit from the integration of both portals thanks to e.g., federated identity, access to catalogue, and additional services.

The exact date of CREODIAS 2.0 launch will be announced in May. Stay tuned!
